Domain registration is normally for 1 year, renewable thereafter, and is offered subject to any additional conditions imposed by the registrar, for example the Gibraltar registry prohibits .gi names being transferred.

WEBHOSTING

Basic Webhosting package is for 1 year on a Linux Server (no support for ASP) Your site will be hosted on our web-server with FTP access with full support for PHP.

Three POP3 email boxes and three forwarders are included with the basic package

Maintaining full backup copies of all data is the client's responsibility.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

• No Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• No Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to our discretion.

• No Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

• No MP3 Files - these are not permitted in any form.

SPAMMING

No use of the website or domain in connection with bulk unsolicited emailing.

RESALE

No resale of web space on your website is permitted.

GENERAL

We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer from the use of, or failure to provide services. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This exclusion includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by our web hosting or other services and by our employees and agents.

We reserve the right to revise our policies at any time.
